We map the real process before we propose anything. We design the system around the bottlenecks we find. Whether stand-alone or fully automatic, the system follows the problem first, the catalogue second. Automation is a consequence of that work.
When the system is installed, the relationship does not close. It enters its most demanding phase: calibration, integration with adjacent machines, and continuous operation. That is when the method proves itself.
